Greenfield Ventures was founded in 2025 as a partnership firm incorporated in Birbhum, West Bengal, with its operational home in Whitefield, Bengaluru. We began with a simple observation: buying a home in this city is confusing, and renting one is rarely personal.
Today we work two ways. As an authorised marketing partner to builders like Prestige, Sumadhura, Godrej, Birla and Century, we introduce buyers to the right project at builder price. And as owners of residences at Folium by Sumadhura, we rent out homes we manage ourselves — so our name stays on the door long after the agreement is signed.
